The Littelfuse L50S500 is a high-speed semiconductor protection fuse designed to rapidly interrupt overcurrent and short-circuit events in industrial power conversion and motor-drive systems. With a 500 A current rating and a voltage rating of 500 VAC / 450 VDC, its fast-acting bolt-mount design provides reliable protection for semiconductors such as SCRs, diodes, thyristors, transistors, and IGBTs in drives, inverters, rectifiers, UPS systems, and DC power supplies.
