Mean Well MDR-40-24 DIN Rail DC Power Supply

The Mean Well MDR-40-24 DIN Rail DC power supply delivers 24 VDC at up to 1.7 A (40.8 W) from AC mains, providing a reliable power source for PLCs, sensors, relays, and communication devices in control panels and automated machinery. It accepts 85–264 VAC or 120–370 VDC input and offers a 24–30 VDC adjustable output, with typical 88% efficiency and protection against short circuit, overload, and overvoltage for automated systems; common applications include control cabinets, conveyor systems, packaging equipment, CNC machines, and process automation lines. The unit features 3 kV isolation, a DC OK relay contact, and a Power On LED, and is designed for DIN-rail mounting (TS35/7.5 or TS35/15) with free-air convection cooling. Operating from -20°C to +70°C (with derating), its compact 40 × 90 × 100 mm enclosure fits space-constrained industrial environments and supports installation as a replacement in existing Mean Well MDR-40-24 setups.
