Mitsubishi Electric CM600DX-24T IGBT Power Module

The Mitsubishi Electric CM600DX-24T IGBT Power Module is a dual IGBT with integrated free-wheel diodes, purpose-built for high-power industrial power conversion and switching applications. It is rated for 1200 V (collector-emitter) and 600 A continuous current, with pulse capability up to about 1200 A and a gate-emitter rating of ±20 V, while Vce(sat) is typically 1.65–2.05 V and switching is optimized for inverter-type operation.
