Mitsubishi Electric F930GOT-BWD-C is a graphic operation terminal (GOT) in the GOT-F900 series that provides a human-machine interface for PLC-based automation, enabling operators to monitor, control, and interact with industrial processes from a compact display and keypad or touch input. The unit features an approx. 4.4-inch STN monochrome LCD (blue/white) with 240 × 80 pixel resolution, powered by 24 VDC (±10–15%) drawing about 200 mA, and stores about 256 KB of flash for screen data with support for up to roughly 500 screens; communication to PLCs is via dedicated interface cables for FX, A, and Q series.
