Mitsubishi Electric HF-SP202 Servo Motor

The Mitsubishi Electric HF-SP202 is a medium-inertia AC servo motor from the MELSERVO HF-SP series, engineered for high-precision motion control in industrial automation. It delivers 2.0 kW of rated output with about 9.55 Nm of continuous torque and around 28.6 Nm of maximum torque, achieving a rated speed of 2000 RPM and a maximum speed near 3000 RPM while running on 200–230 VAC, 3-phase power and using an 18-bit absolute encoder. The motor is totally enclosed and non-ventilated with natural cooling, weighs roughly 12–18 kg depending on configuration, and operates from 0°C to 40°C. This legacy/discontinued model is commonly used in CNC machining centers, robotic systems, conveyors, packaging machinery, and automated assembly equipment; common replacements include Mitsubishi HG-SR202B, HF-SP202B, and HC-SFS202.
