Mitsubishi Electric MDS-B-SVJ2-10 Servo Drive Unit

The Mitsubishi Electric MDS-B-SVJ2-10 Servo Drive Unit is a panel-mount servo amplifier that controls Mitsubishi HC Series AC servo motors in CNC mills, lathes, machining centers, grinders, and automated manufacturing equipment, delivering precise speed, torque, and position control for high-precision motion tasks. It provides 1.0 kW rated motor capacity and accepts 3-phase 200-230 VAC on the power circuit (8.0 A) and single-phase 200-230 VAC on the control circuit (0.3 A) with 50/60 Hz input; the output is 3-phase 170 VAC up to 8.8 A and a 0–360 Hz frequency range. The drive supports 100,000-pulse encoders (OSA104, OSE104), has an integrated regenerative resistor, and is MR-BAT battery-compatible for absolute position feedback, with forced-air cooling and panel-mount installation. Weighing about 5 kg (11 lb) and manufactured in Japan, it’s designed for Mitsubishi MELDAS CNC controls and automation equipment, and is CE-marked for compliant operation.
