Mitsubishi Electric MR-J2S-100B Servo Amplifier

The Mitsubishi Electric MR-J2S-100B is an AC servo drive amplifier that provides 1000 W of output power and approximately 10 A of rated output current for Mitsubishi AC servo motors, enabling precise speed, torque, and position control in CNC machines, robotic systems, automated conveyors, and other motion-control equipment. It accepts 200–230 VAC, 3‑phase power at 50/60 Hz and uses a pulse-train input with closed‑loop encoder feedback to drive servo motors with responsive, repeatable motion. The unit features a built‑in fan for cooling, panel‑mount installation, and protections including overcurrent, overvoltage, overheat, and short‑circuit protection. Operating temperature range is 0°C to 50°C, with storage from -20°C to 65°C, and it provides a Pulse/Direction communication interface with optional fieldbus modules and a status LED for run/alarm indication. Compatible with the Mitsubishi AC servo series, it is commonly deployed in CNC machining centers, robotic arms, automated conveyors, and other motion-control applications; a common replacement is the MR-J2S-100A.
