Novotechnik LWH-0300 Linear Position Transducer

The Novotechnik LWH-0300 Linear Position Transducer (LWH-0300 / LWH300) is a potentiometric position sensor for industrial measurement and control, delivering precise linear feedback in automation machinery, hydraulic systems, and production equipment. It offers a 300 mm measurement range with conductive plastic potentiometric technology and an analog output (voltage divider or resistance) with a nominal 5 kΩ resistance. Typical linearity is ±0.04%, and the device supports operating voltages up to 42 V, with IP55–IP65 protection depending on model and a mechanical life of up to 100 million movements. Mounting is clamp or profile-based, making it suitable for replacement or retrofit in injection molding machines, packaging equipment, presses, and other automated production systems, with common replacements including Novotechnik LWH250 and LWH400.
