The NTE Electronics NTE5702 Power Thyristor Module is a four-SCR, single-phase full-bridge power thyristor module designed for high-current AC power control, rectification, and motor-drive tasks. As an isolated-base-plate, heatsink-mount module, it consolidates four SCRs into a compact bridge suitable for DC motor drives, industrial battery chargers, welding equipment, regulated power supplies, and phase-angle control systems where precise AC-to-DC conversion is needed.
