The Omron H7CN-BLN counter module is a six-digit LED digital counter/totalizer built for industrial automation to count, totalize, and monitor input pulses in control and production processes. It supports dual supply options—100-240 VAC or 12-48 VDC—and accepts both contact and non-contact counting inputs, with high-speed counting capability and a panel-mount enclosure. Reset can be performed manually or via external reset, and the unit provides a relay output (model dependent) with an operating temperature range of -10°C to +55°C and input protection with noise immunity. It is commonly used on packaging machines, conveyors, assembly lines, and process equipment that require accurate count displays and production tracking; common replacements include Omron H7EC-N, H7CX-A-N, and Autonics CT6S-1P4.
