Omron CJ1W-PTS51 Temperature Sensor Unit

Omron CJ1W-PTS51 Temperature Sensor Unit is a two-channel thermocouple input module for Omron CJ-series PLC automation systems. Mounted in CJ I/O racks, it converts thermocouple temperature signals (K, J, T, E, R, S, B, N types) into digital data for PLC processing via analog-to-digital conversion with high resolution and an average conversion time of about 250 ms per unit. The unit provides channel-to-channel and I/O bus isolation to protect the control system and maintain signal integrity. It uses a detachable screw terminal block for easy field wiring and is rack-mounted on the CJ I/O bus. Operating temperature range is 0°C to 55°C, suitable for industrial environments. This module supports temperature sensing and process monitoring across applications such as furnaces, plastic molding machines, and manufacturing lines, and is appropriate for replacements or retrofits where precise temperature measurement is required.
