Omron CJ1W-TC003 Temperature Control Unit Module

The Omron CJ1W-TC003 Temperature Control Unit Module is a two-loop, PID-controlled temperature regulator for Omron CJ1 PLC systems. It uses analog temperature inputs from thermocouples or RTDs and provides two SSR drive outputs for precise control of heating elements. Housed for rack/backplane mounting and integrated via the CJ1 PLC backplane, this module delivers high-resolution temperature data (model dependent) and supports multi-loop temperature control across applications such as packaging machines, plastic molding equipment, ovens, food processing equipment, injection molding, heat treatment systems, and other manufacturing processes requiring stable thermal management.
