Omron CVM1-CPU21-V2 Programmable Logic Controller CPU Module

The Omron CVM1-CPU21-V2 Programmable Controller is a CVM1-series PLC CPU unit designed to execute control logic, manage I/O operations, and coordinate industrial processes within Omron automation systems. It provides approximately 6K steps of program capacity and about 3K words of data memory, delivers an execution speed of roughly 1.2 µs per instruction, and runs on a 100–240 V AC power supply. I/O is expandable via CVM1 I/O modules, it features a built-in peripheral port with RS-232C/Host Link support for serial communication, and is designed for rack-mounted backplane installation in control panels. Commonly used in manufacturing lines, process control systems, packaging equipment, and general machine automation, this CPU supports CVM1-series compatibility and operates in environments from 0°C to 55°C. Note that the CVM1-CPU21-V2 is discontinued/obsolete, with commonly recommended replacements including the CVM1-CPU22-V2, CS1G-CPU42H, and CJ1M-CPU11.
