Omron E2C-X1R5AH Photoelectric Switch

The Omron E2C-X1R5AH Photoelectric Switch is a panel- or bracket-mount reflective sensor designed for non-contact detection in industrial automation. It uses reflective photoelectric sensing to detect the presence, absence, or position of objects, with a sensing distance of approximately 1.5 mm and a high-speed response, powered by a 12–24 VDC supply and an NPN transistor output via a pre-wired cable. Built for harsh environments, it carries IP64 protection and operates from -10°C to 55°C, with an LED light source to illuminate targets. Common replacements include the Omron E2C-X2AH, E2C-EDA11, and E3Z-D61 for retrofit or maintenance on packaging machines, conveyors, and assembly lines where reliable detection is essential.
