Palmetto Packing PE1000 Packing Seal

Palmetto Packing PE1000 Packing Seal is a compression packing seal designed for high‑pressure slurry service in pumps and valves. The 3/8 in square cross‑section, 10 ft length packing is braided from graphited aramid with graphite and comes lubricated for smooth operation in abrasive slurries. This black seal meets OSHA and RoHS standards and is manufactured by Palmetto Packing as part of the PE1000 line for high‑pressure slurry applications. It tolerates ambient temperatures from -400°F to 550°F, supports up to 800 psi for pumps, and handles shaft speeds up to 2,500 fpm, with a pH operating range of 1 to 13. Lubrication is included to extend seal life, and the assembled dimensions are approximately 6.25" L × 3.80" W × 3.75" H. The PE1000 packing seal carries the part number PE1000 and is intended for sealing applications in abrasive slurry environments where reliable, durable packing is required.
