The Pepperl+Fuchs NJ20U4A2V1 Inductive Proximity Switch delivers non-contact detection of metallic targets with a 20 mm nominal sensing range, making it ideal for machine control, presence sensing, and positioning in demanding industrial environments. It mounts in a non-flush (unshielded) configuration inside a rugged VariKont rectangular housing (PBT with metal base), rated IP68, and uses a 4-pin M12 x 1 connector to support a 4-wire DC output with PNP NO/NC selectable. Operating from 10 to 30 VDC with up to 200 mA load, it switches at up to 200 Hz and provides built-in reverse polarity and short-circuit protection, with green status LED for power and yellow LED for switching.
