Quincy 127139-001 Air Oil Separator Element For Rotary Screw Compressors

The Quincy 127139-001 Air/Oil Separator Element is a coalescing separator used in Quincy rotary screw air compressors to remove oil aerosols from compressed air and return lubricant to the compressor oil circuit. It uses multi-layer coalescing media to achieve a residual oil content of approximately 2–3 ppm (application dependent) and a service life of up to 4,000 operating hours (application dependent), with differential pressure resistance up to 70 psi. Mounting is in the compressor separator housing, and it is commonly installed in industrial systems such as manufacturing plants, automotive facilities, food and beverage processing, machine shops, and general industrial compressed air setups. Common replacements include Quincy 127368-001 and 127369-001 Air/Oil Separator elements.
