RAY 060S Pressure Snubber Connector

Ray Snubbers model 060S Center Joint is a piston-type pressure snubber in 303 stainless steel that dampens pulsations in high-pressure lines and guards pressure-sensitive instruments from shocks. It features 1/2" NPT male input and 1/2" NPT female output connections, a head size of 1 1/8" and an overall length of 2 3/16". Rated up to 10,000 psi, it uses three pistons for adjustable snubbing, enabling tuning for different fluids and flow conditions. The moving piston design provides self-cleaning action to resist buildup in dirty fluids. The 060S is suitable for gas, water and light oil as well as heavy oil service. Common applications include protecting gauges, transducers, and other instrumentation in process systems and industrial plants where pressure pulsations can affect readings and control performance.
