Raychem JBS-100-A Junction Box

The JBS-100-A is a single-entry power connection kit with a junction box that connects one Raychem heating cable (BTV, QTVR, XTVR, HTV or VPL) to a power feed in a rugged, NEMA 4X-rated enclosure designed for harsh environments. The kit includes a stand assembly, core sealer, green/yellow earth sleeve, cable lubricant, cable tie, lid, and a box with terminal blocks, providing an integrated, field-ready solution for sealed terminations at the cable entry. It is certified for hazardous locations, carrying Ex eb IIC T* Gb and Ex tb IIIC T* Db approvals with Class I, Division 2 and Zone 1 configurations, and it supports ambient operating temperatures from -60°C to 56°C (-75°F to 132°F). Rated to accommodate up to 6 AWG power conductors, this junction box is intended to simplify installation by combining the connection kit and enclosure for Raychem BTV/QTVR/XTVR/HTV/VPL industrial parallel heating cables, delivering reliable power connections with a durable, weatherproof seal and accessible, clearly separated terminal blocks.
