It employs a wraparound, heat-shrinkable, adhesive-coated outer sleeve and a slim armor case, and it splices 3/C armored cables (corrugated or interlocked-type) in power and control applications with a conductor size range of #6 to #2 AWG and a cable O.D. of 0.60–1.50 inches (15–38 mm) and an overall length of 3.50 inches (89 mm). Kits do not include connectors; they must be ordered separately, and this LVSA-3-1 assembly is specifically intended for 3/C armored cables in 600–1,000 V service.
