460ETCMS-NNA1-D is Real Time Automation's Modbus TCP/IP Client gateway that connects a Modbus TCP/IP client device to up to five Allen-Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, FlexLogix, MicroLogix, SLC 500 or PLC-5). Using a browser-based interface, it maps Modbus registers and coils into the AB PLC data table, with two zones in the AB data table: write-only tags for incoming Modbus data and read-only tags for data sent to Modbus, and it can modify maps as data passes between protocols. IP setup software automatically locates the gateway on the network, and the unit ships with over 400 pre-defined Modbus device templates from more than 70 vendors to automate data mapping and tag naming. Alarming supports operators such as <, <=, >=, >, ==,!= and Change-of-State, with optional email notifications; a translation table enables scaling and format changes of mapped data. Included accessories typically comprise a 3' power cable, a CAT5 cross-over cable for direct PC programming, and unlimited firmware feature upgrades for life, all backed by a 5-year hardware warranty and Real Time Automation support.
