Red Lion Controls 105TX-NSFS Industrial Ethernet Switch

Red Lion Controls N-TRON 105TX-NSFS is a five-port unmanaged industrial Ethernet switch housed in a rugged DIN-rail metal enclosure, built for harsh factory floors and remote sites. It provides five RJ-45 10/100BASE-TX ports with auto-negotiation and MDIX for plug-and-play Layer 2 switching, featuring store-and-forward operation with full-wire-speed throughput (up to 1.0 Gb/s net data throughput). The NSFS variant accepts 10–30 V DC input with redundant power options and typical current draw around 215 mA, enabling reliable operation in power-variant installations. The unit is designed for reliability in extreme environments: IP30-rated metal enclosure, fanless operation, operating temperature range -40 °C to 80 °C, ESD and surge protection on all copper ports, and support for up to 2,000 MAC addresses. It carries UL Class I, Div 2 rating along with CE and FCC listings, and offers LED indicators for per-port link/activity. Dimensions are approximately 7.3 cm W x 3.8 cm D x 9.0 cm H with 35 mm DIN-rail mounting for quick integration into control panels.
