Red Lion Controls CUB5R000 Panel Mount Counter

Red Lion CUB5R000 is a compact, panel-mount dual counter and rate indicator built around an 8-digit, 0.46" reflective LCD display. Designed for panel installation, it fits a 3" (75 mm) x 1.5" (39 mm) opening and operates from a +9 to +28 VDC supply with input polarity protection. The CUB5R000 presents two independent counters with an integrated rate (tachometer) readout, making it suitable for monitoring production counts and line speed. In addition to counting, it supports Batch, Tachometer, and Totalizer modes to suit manufacturing applications such as conveyor counting, encoder pulse monitoring, and batch processing. This model’s reflective display aids visibility in varied lighting conditions, and Red Lion confirms the CUB5 family includes a backlit variant (CUB5B000) for different panel needs. An optional PMK6A000 panel-mount adapter kit is available to facilitate installation in panels designed for 1/8 DIN form-factor equipment, expanding compatibility with existing control panels. The CUB5R000’s compact form factor, clear LCD readout, and support for multiple counting modes address both informational and transactional needs on the shop floor.
