Red Lion Controls DLC11001 Temperature Controller

The Red Lion DLC11001 is a DIN-rail mounted dual-loop temperature controller that provides independent regulation for two process zones in a compact panel, enabling simultaneous temperature control in applications such as ovens, chillers, or process lines where panel space is constrained. It accepts two independent input channels, designed to accommodate a wide range of sensors—RTDs and thermocouples across a broad spectrum—and also supports 0–10 V, 0/4–20 mA, or resistance signals; each channel can be configured with its own setpoint and up to two alarms, enabling precise per-channel control and fault signaling. The device provides two analog outputs to drive actuators or downstream controllers and can be configured with PC Configuration Software for Windows via a Programming Interface Cable, enabling straightforward setup, tuning, and data capture. RS-485 Modbus compatibility enables integration with PLCs and SCADA systems, supporting networked monitoring and control across the plant floor.
