Red Lion Controls IMP23103 Process Meter

Red Lion Controls IMP23103 Apollo Intelligent DC Process Meter is a compact panel-mount timer/counter in the Apollo IMP line, designed for accepting DC process inputs and performing timing and event counting in industrial automation. As a DC process meter, it is commonly used with 4–20 mA process signals for local readout on a machine panel. The IMP23103 has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is generally replaced by the IMP23163, which adds a 20 mA output, excitation and a switch, and is compatible with 115/230 VAC operation; the newer model is positioned as the replacement for IMP23103 in distributor listings. Typical applications include batch timing, elapsed-time monitoring, and counting process events in DC-powered control loops, where a compact, panel-mounted device provides direct visibility of process characteristics.
