Red Lion Controls IRMA3035 Programmable Logic Controller Module

The IRMA3035 Intelligent RTD Module from Red Lion Controls is a four-channel, DC-powered input module in Red Lion’s IRMA family that converts RTD sensor signals into an analog output for monitoring and control by a connected controller or HMI. Each channel accepts RTD sensors and uses DIP-switch presets to configure the input range (channels 0–3 map to range settings 4, 6, 7, 8), enabling either temperature measurements or resistance/ohm readings across a broad span. The data sheet shows RTD alpha values of approximately 0.00385–0.00392 and four selectable ranges, including temperature ranges from roughly -160°C to 654°C, -108 to 207°C, -5 to 414°C, and 194 to 608°C, with range accuracies published as about ±0.24°C to ±0.61°C. This module delivers an analog output per channel, providing a straightforward interface for PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems in industrial temperature monitoring applications.
