Redkoh Industries RK2221 Output Card

Redkoh Industries RK2221 Output Card is a 16-channel I/O module for the Redkoh MRC-NT Rapper Control system, enabling sixteen rappers to be switched under program control from the Power Board. Each RK2221 card contains steering circuitry, sixteen optical isolators, sixteen snubber circuits, and power SCRs or triacs to drive and protect the connected rappers. The outputs are used to connect and disconnect rappers as dictated by the control program, providing isolated, protection-laden switching for inductive or high-load actuators. In a standard Redkoh card cage, the Power Supply Card and Power Board support up to sixteen Output Cards, for a total of 256 outputs per cage, allowing scalable, synchronized actuation across a multi-card installation. This card is used within Redkoh’s Rapper Control architecture for precise, repeatable on/off control of multiple actuators in automation and process-control applications.
