Rexnord's 0758252-1090T Grid Flex Coupler (1090T Series) is a high-torque grid coupling designed to connect two shafts while accommodating angular misalignment and shaft-end runout. It uses alloy-steel grid segments and grease, supplied as a two-segment grid with a horizontally split cover that allows grid replacement without moving the connected machinery. The 1090T family supports torque loads up to 8,250,000 lb-in (932,126 Nm) and is suitable for shaft diameters up to 20 inches (508 mm). The standard 1090T hubs have an outside barrel diameter of 4.880 inches, providing robust transmission for demanding industrial drives. Typical applications include pumps, compressors, conveyors, and other heavy-duty equipment where precise alignment is challenging and downtime must be minimized.
