Rexnord TCF7705-15 MatTop Chain is a 15-inch-wide, 1-inch-pitch MatTop conveyor chain from Rexnord’s 7700 Series, built in Tough Composite (TCF) construction for a durable, flat conveying surface. This Molded-To-Width (MTW) chain is designed for straight-running conveyors and is compatible with Rexnord’s standard 7700-series sprockets for true chain/sprocket interaction. The 15-inch-wide variant expands conveying width on wider lines, enabling gentle, flat-top handling of packaged goods, components, or dry products along the line. The chain is typically shipped in ten-foot sections and can be connected progressively on the conveyor, with adjustments to establish proper catenary sag, and direction of travel can be in either direction for installation flexibility.
