RNA ESG1000 Vibration Drive Control Box

RNA ESG1000 Control Box for Vibration Drive is a compact drive interface designed to power RNA vibrating motors used in vibratory bowls and linear feeders. It accepts 115/230 VAC mains with selectable operation and provides a mains-aware output range—40–208 V when on 230 V, and 20–105 V when on 115 V—allowing precise voltage control for varying load conditions. The unit weighs 3.44 lb and is built to drive RNA vibrating motors up to 6 A load current, with a soft-start feature to minimize startup shock. It also offers external enable options and mode selection for symmetric or asymmetric vibration, with the operating mode determined by coding in the load plug of the vibrating drive. The ESG1000 is designed for plug-in connections to RNA vibratory and linear feeders and supports configurable control via 7 preset speeds and 2 acceleration/deceleration times, enabling repeatable ramp profiles and reliable part feeding.
