Rosemount Model 54 0054PH/ORP Analyzer Controller is a rugged, microprocessor‑based pH/ORP analyzer and controller (Model 54) designed for continuous monitoring and automatic control of oxidation‑reduction potential in process streams. In the 0054PH/ORP configuration, it supports pH/ORP sensing with built‑in control outputs and multiple relays for process control and alarms. The unit is powered from 115/230 VAC, 50/60 Hz, and in the 54e family is commonly housed in a rugged NEMA 4X/IP65 enclosure for harsh industrial environments. Controller outputs include PID and, as an option, TPC, enabling closed‑loop control of pumps, valves, or other actuators via the built‑in relays; one relay (Relay 4) is designated for sensor/analyzer or process fault alarm signaling.
