Ross Controls 5021B6008 High Capacity Inline Filter with auto drain and 1" BSPP ports delivers clean, dry compressed air in industrial automation. As part of the High Capacity Series, it uses a 5 µm polyethylene filter element and a clear polycarbonate bowl for easy inspection, with no built-in differential pressure gauge by default. The inline unit is rated for up to 150 psi (10 bar) and is designed for inline mounting in Ross FRL installations. Typical applications include protecting downstream actuators and valves in compressed-air systems where higher flow is required over 1" line sizes. Replacement elements for this model are 5 µm polyethylene elements (e.g., 939K77), ensuring continued filtration performance. The filter features auto drain operation to automatically vent accumulated condensate, reducing maintenance and keeping the downstream air supply clean.
