ROSS Controls 5X00B5044A Reverse Flow Regulator is a full-size, modular regulator from the Ross Controls FRL family, configured specifically for reverse-flow operation. It features 3/4" NPT threads, a 0–125 psi (0–8.6 bar) setpoint range, and a T-handle adjustment, shipped without a gauge. In reverse-flow configurations, downstream pressure is maintained in the forward direction while exhaust occurs rapidly when flow reverses, a setup commonly used in weld-gun circuits that require fast inter-weld pressure release.
