Ross Controls D2768C5900 Pilot Check Valve Assembly

The Ross Controls D2768C5900 is a 27 Series inline-mounted Pilot-Operated Check Valve assembly used in pneumatic safety circuits to hold a load and prevent backflow when control pressure is removed, making it ideal for clamping fixtures and other energy-retention applications. As a 2-way, 2-position, pressure-controlled PO check valve, it uses a pilot signal to open and permit flow for normal operation, then blocks reverse flow to maintain the fixed position of a cylinder or actuator when the pilot is de-energized. The valve features a 3/4-inch main port (NPT threads) and a 1/8-27 NPT pilot-signal port, with a Cv of 8.5, and is built with a cast aluminum body, acetal and stainless steel poppets, and Buna-N seals for compatibility with standard pneumatic circuits.
