Ross Controls D2773A7980 Lock-Out Exhaust Valve is a 24 VDC pneumatic energy isolation device designed to block an incoming compressed-air supply and exhaust downstream pressure to atmosphere during maintenance, supporting OSHA/LOTO compliance. The padlockable handle accepts a standard padlock through a 0.27-inch (7.0 mm) hole, ensuring the valve remains closed until the padlock is removed and the operator manually actuates it to restore flow. Rated for 1–10 bar (approximately 14.5–145 psi) working pressure, it is built to vent residual downstream pressure when isolated.
