Ross Controls MD450MBAB52A is a MD4-Series modular coalescing filter for compressed air, configured for a 3/4" NPTF port with a metal bowl. The MD4 coalescing element is 0.3 µm standard, with a 0.01 µm option via the 948K77 family; replacement elements include 947K77 (0.3 µm) and 948K77 (0.01 µm). In the 3/4" port configuration, the MD4 delivers up to 158 scfm and supports modular FRL assemblies with other MD4 components; standard bowl options include 50P (polycarbonate, 9 oz), 50M (metal, 9 oz), and the extended 50E bowl with 15 oz capacity. This unit is rated for up to 13.8 bar and 79°C and is designed to remove liquid aerosols and oil mist from compressed air to protect downstream equipment and pneumatic systems.
