Rotomation A3-45-CCW-S75-3C2-1 4-1 Rotary Actuator is a compact, multi-position rotary actuator in Rotomation’s A3 family, designed for precise indexing in automated equipment. It uses a rack-and-pinion drive with a 1 3/8" bore and a one-piece, heat-treated alloy steel pinion shaft, supported by ball bearings for durability, delivering a rated torque of 119 in-lbs at 80 psi. The unit features a 1/4 NPT port and can be configured with options such as adjustable rotation, cushions, double-ended shafts, flow controls, washdown protection, and magnetic switches installed and tested prior to shipping, enabling flexible 3- to 5-position arrangements.
