RuggedCom RMC-24-TXFXMM-C01 Media Converter is an industrially hardened Ethernet copper-to-fiber converter that bridges a 100Base-TX copper interface to a 100Base-FX multimode fiber link. Designed for harsh environments such as electric utility substations and factory floors, it supports operation from a 24 VDC supply (18–36 VDC). DIN-rail mounting is standard, making installation straightforward in control panels. The TXFXMM designation indicates a multimode fiber link at 1300 nm with a maximum reach of up to 2 km using a MTRJ fiber connector.
