Ruland TSP-24-6-F Two-Piece Split Shaft Locking Collar

Ruland TSP-24-6-F is a two-piece, clamp-style shaft collar designed for precise, secure positioning on 1-1/2" bore shafts. It features a threaded bore of 1.5000-6 TPI, outside diameter 2.375 inches, and width 0.563 inches, machined from 1215 lead-free steel with a black oxide finish, and it uses two 1/4-28 mounting screws. Install by placing the halves around the shaft with a 0.063" gap and tightening to 170 in-lb with a 3/16" hex key. The design provides higher axial holding power than similar round-bore collars and maintains face-to-bore perpendicularity within a TIR of ≤ 0.002 inches, supporting precise alignment and repeatable positioning. Common applications include guiding, spacing, stopping, mounting, and component alignment in machinery and automation systems, with an operating temperature range from -40°F to 350°F (-40°C to 176°C).
