Rulmeca 113LS Motorized Pulley is a compact drum motor that integrates a three-phase AC induction motor, a steel helical gearbox, and a rugged aluminum shell into a single, maintenance-free conveyor drive. The drum measures 113 mm in diameter (about 4.53 in) and is offered with a 0.035–0.55 kW output through a three-stage gearbox; standard versions include a power cord, and dual-voltage 230/400 V ±5% 50/60 Hz variants are available on request. The unit supports a maximum roller length of 1,200 mm, a minimum face width of 9.84 in, a belt speed range of 12–384 ft/min, and a maximum radial load of 1,500 lb, making it suitable for heavy and frequent-use conveyors. Built for durability, it features a salt-water resistant aluminum bearing housing, reinforced internal shaft, and a steel helical gear set, with protection rating IP66 on the standard version (IP69 in the TS8N variant) and lifetime lubrication for low maintenance. Applications span heavy-duty bulk conveyors and specialized lines, including airport check-in conveyors, packaging and weighing equipment, metal detectors, pharmaceutical and food-processing lines, as well as plastic or modular belt systems used in dry, damp, or wash-down environments. Mounting options such as the S1MB03 bracket provide straightforward integration into existing conveyors.
