Schneider Electric's 140CRP93100C RIO head-end adaptor module provides a 1-connector RIO interface for Modicon Quantum PLCs, connecting the Quantum I/O bus to remote I/O via a single 75-ohm coaxial cable. It supports a 1544 Mbit/s transmission rate over coax and requires a bus current up to 600 mA with a 3 W power dissipation on one channel. The module accommodates up to 64 inputs and 64 outputs (64 I/64 O) and is specified for operation from 0 to 60 °C and up to 95% relative humidity (non-condensing), with a maximum operating altitude of 5000 m.
