Schneider Electric's 9065SSC20 is a three-phase solid-state overload relay from the Square D Motor Logic family, designed to protect small three-phase motors when used with NEMA Size 00 starters. Featuring a 3-pole, separate-mount design (9065SFC20 option), it is rated for 3 to 9 A per phase and supports motor circuits up to 600 VAC. As part of the Motor Logic solid-state overload relays, the 9065SSC20 can be used as a standalone overload relay or integrated with Square D Type S full-voltage non-reversing and reversing starters and combination starters, with easy retrofit for existing Square D installations.
