Schneider Electric 9999AC04 Overload Relay Auxiliary Contact

The Schneider Electric 9999AC04 is a field-convertible auxiliary contact kit designed for use with the 9065 Motor Logic solid-state overload relay. It adds isolated auxiliary contacts for signaling and interlock applications without changing the overload relay’s primary protection function. The kit provides two contacts: one normally open (NO) and one normally closed (NC), suitable for control circuits and status signaling up to 600 V AC. It can be installed in the field or ordered factory-installed with 9065 overload relays (SF, ST variants), and installation requires removing the dust shield from the top of the overload relay to access the contact assembly. The 9999AC04 auxiliary contact enhances motor-control schemes by enabling independent feedback to PLCs or control panels, while keeping separation from the motor-starting circuit. As a Schneider Electric accessory, it integrates with Square D motor-control systems to support reliable alarms and interlocks in industrial applications.
