Schneider Electric B19.5 Thermal Overload Relay

Schneider Electric's B19.5 Thermal Overload Relay heater element unit provides motor overload protection in Square D thermal overload relay systems. It is a plug-in heater element for overload relay bases, with a full-load current range of 12.9–13.9 A, Class 20 trip protection, and a melting alloy/bimetal sensing element that triggers a time-delayed trip to shield motors in industrial conveyors, pumps, compressors, HVAC systems, and general manufacturing equipment. It mounts in Square D Type B or Type S frames and is commonly installed in motor control centers and OEM panels; common replacements include the Square D B19.6 heater element, Schneider Electric LRD series, and Siemens 3RU11 elements.
