Schneider Electric's Square D BCM42 Branch Current Monitor is a PowerLogic device that provides per-branch current data for up to 42 circuits inside a panelboard, helping you monitor load distribution in commercial or industrial installations. The 50 A, 120 V, single-phase variant is sold without left or right CT strips, so current transformers must be procured separately to clamp around each circuit. The BCM42 family includes BCM42, BCM42SC, BCM42H, and BCM42Y55, and is designed for panelboard installations such as typical dual- or single-row layouts; CT circuitry and a suitable display interface are required to visualize measurements across all monitored circuits.
