Schneider Electric ECC21 Comm Card ENet Fiber-Optic RS-485

Schneider Electric ECC21 Ethernet Communication Card (PowerLogic) is a modular gateway that bridges an RS-485 field bus to an Ethernet network, designed for Schneider PowerLogic meters such as the CM4000 family (CM4000/CM4000T) and related devices. It offers either a 10/100 Mbps copper Ethernet port (RJ-45) or a 100 Mbps fiber-optic link for fiber installations. The RS-485 port on the ECC21 supports up to 31 devices on the same bus, enabling scalable Modbus RTU or Modbus TCP integrations within a daisy-chained network. For fiber configurations, the optical link can extend up to approximately 2,000 meters, extending network reach without repeaters.
