Schneider Electric's EQ53001SCRDN is a complete robot welding controller in the Square D EQ5300 family, designed to operate from a 480 VAC weld bus. The unit consolidates the EQ5300 Weld Control Cabinet with the SCR/power assembly, a control transformer, and MemPack for program storage, plus a firing board that drives the SCRs to regulate welding current. It supports multiple operator interfaces, including the C600 Hand Held Programmer and the C1600 Data Entry Panel, and can be configured with various I/O modules (24 VDC, 110 VAC, relay or solid-state outputs) and a Welder Remote Interface Module (WRIM) to integrate with plant networks. This system is intended for robotic, automatic, and manual welding gun installations and is designed to provide controlled weld sequences and fault monitoring in 480 VAC welding environments.
