Schneider Electric GS1AE8 Disconnector Shaft Assembly

Schneider Electric's Telemecanique GS1AE8 Disconnector Shaft Assembly is a 320 mm shaft extension (5 × 5 mm cross section) that couples external operating handles to GS-series switch disconnectors for safe, door-mounted manual operation in industrial power distribution. As part of the TeSys GS family, it is compatible with GS1D, GS2D, FuPacT GS, GSB32 and GSC32 disconnectors and supports a 30–32 A rating. This shaft extension is intended for use in electrical control panels, motor control centers, machinery disconnect enclosures, and other industrial distribution systems where remote, door-mounted operation of disconnect switches is required, providing reliable mechanical transmission between the handle and the switch mechanism. Manufactured by Telemecanique (Schneider Electric), the GS1AE8 is suitable for new panel construction, equipment maintenance, retrofit projects, and replacement of worn or damaged shaft extensions.
