Schneider Electric GV2ME08 Thermal Magnetic Circuit Breaker

Schneider Electric's GV2ME08 Thermal Magnetic Circuit Breaker is a three-pole motor protection and manual control device, commonly installed in motor control centers (MCCs) and industrial equipment. It provides adjustable thermal-magnetic protection for 2.5–4 A and is rated up to 690 V AC, with motor power ratings up to 1.5 kW at 400/415 V or up to 3 kW at 690 V. The breaker delivers 100 kA Icu breaking capacity at 230–500 V and 3 kA Icu at 690 V, with a thermal-magnetic trip and push-button ON/OFF control. It mounts on 35 mm DIN rails or panel surfaces and uses screw clamp terminals; common replacements include Schneider Electric GV2ME10 and PKZM0-4 for retrofits.
