Schneider Electric GV3A01 Contact Block

GV3A01 TeSys GV3 auxiliary contact block adds a second control contact to a GV3 series contactor with a 1 normally open plus 1 normally closed configuration (early-break). It is designed for side mounting on GV3 devices and uses screw-clamp terminals for wiring, supporting conductors typically in the 0.75–2.5 mm² range. The unit is rated for AC operation from 48 to 690 V and DC operation from 24 to 220 V, with a conventional free-air current rating of 6 A, making it suitable for control circuits and interlock feedback in industrial switchgear. Durability is specified at up to 100,000 cycles for both mechanical and electrical life, and the component weighs approximately 0.06 kg. Compatible with the TeSys GV3 family (including GV3ME and related GV3 contactors), the GV3A01 provides a compact, reliable means to expand signaling or control capabilities without modifying the primary switching function.
